How Bad do you want it?

Warrior Training, We will Succeed NO MATTER WHAT!

This class will get you into unbelievable shape all while learning how to punch, kick, knee and elbow like a fighter. This class will focus on the combative side of Krav Maga where you will hit mitts, shields and heavy bags. From bobbing and weaving to slipping punches and throwing combos you will train like a stand up fighter.
Besides learning great technique let’s not forget that each Krav Maga Combative class will burn 700 to 1000 calories per class. A typical class starts with a dynamic warm up that will get your heart pumping doing exercises like pushups, sit ups, jumping jacks, high knees, burpees and much more. From there we start stretching then get into partner techniques, drills and combos then we proceed to mits and heavy bag work finally finishing the class with a cool down. (Sparring is Optional)
We offer classes to beginners who never threw a punch or kick in their life to skilled practitioners who are looking to fight.
