Hey Cravesters,
Its good to rest a little bit so your body can recover, but make sure your breaks aren’t too long. It gets easy to fall into a rut and start getting lazy when you start taking too many days off. Sometimes it starts with just a few days, but before you know it you haven’t worked out or trained for week, then it turns to 2 weeks and it can just keep going downhill from there. Guys, stay motivated. Stay Strong.
