Keep Hydrated

Its very important to stay hydrated guys. Dehydration can lead to dizziness, headaches, fatigue, and in more extreme cases it can cause vomiting and a loss of consciousness. You can start feeling these symptoms sometimes after losing only 2% of your body’s normal water level. We train hard guys so remember to drink water throughout the day, before training, and definitely after training.
