  3. Stressed or Depressed?

     

    Hey Cravesters.  We all deal with stress on a daily basis.  Some of us will face depression from time to time as well.  Its during these times that its so important to not give up on ourselves in any aspect.  This means not to give up on fitness, too.  In fact, exercising is critical as it will help you deal with those problems.  Fact: working out releases endorphins.  These chemicals occur naturally in the brain and cause feelings of happiness and lightness.  Its been proven that exercise alleviates stress and wards off feelings of anxiety and depression.

    So remember, the next time you feel down, get up and get a workout!

    Here at Crave we’re all about complete health.  It’s not just exercise that keeps you healthy but also what you take into your body, or in some cases what you DON’T take into your body.  Cigarettes are one of those things.  If you are still smoking now is the time to not only stop, but stop for good.  Here is an article that gives ANOTHER reason to quit cigarettes.

    You can do it means exactly what it says. People are always doubting themselves which leads to bad results. At CRAVE we believe if you believe in yourself the sky is the limit.
